Thesauri, a distinguished Greek company specializing in breeding sturgeon and manufacturing caviar, brings the essence of the sea to each dish, ensuring an unparalleled gastronomic journey.
The special night celebrates the synergy of local ingredients and sustainable practices, showcasing three distinct varieties of Greek caviar meticulously prepared to highlight their distinct flavors.
