EMBARK ON A SYMPHONY OF FLAVORS UNDER THE HARVEST MOON AT PARŌN RESTAURANT

As the Harvest Moon rises over Paros, Symphony of Flavors comes to Parōn at Parīlio for an evening celebrating the island’s land, its seasons and its wines.

Created in collaboration with Paros Farming Community and its Seiradi wine label, this special five-course dining experience brings together the agricultural heritage of Paros with the distinctive philosophy of Parōn, where locality, seasonality and sustainability shape every part of the culinary experience.

Paros Farming Community has been deeply intertwined with the island’s agricultural identity for almost a century. Today, its Seiradi wines look towards the future while remaining rooted in the land, working with indigenous varieties including Monemvassia and Mandilaria and exploring their potential through a contemporary winemaking approach.

At Parōn, this connection to place takes on a culinary expression. Nestled beside Parīlio’s iconic cross-shaped pool, the restaurant celebrates the here and now through seasonal ingredients, local producers, sustainable practices and a thoughtful approach to the Aegean’s culinary heritage. For this special evening, Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou brings his Medite-grecian approach to Parōn, creating a bespoke menu inspired by the flavours and character of Paros.

Under the glow of the Harvest Moon, the evening invites guests to slow down and fully immerse themselves in the present — to experience Paros through its land, its produce and its wines.

A specially curated five-course degustation menu by Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou will be paired with selected wines from Seiradi by Paros Farming Community, creating a journey through the flavours and character of the island.

Set beside the tranquil waters of Parīlio’s cross-shaped pool, the evening becomes a celebration of everything that makes Paros unique: its agricultural heritage, its contemporary culinary spirit and the timeless rhythm of the seasons.
