EMBARK ON A SYMPHONY OF FLAVORS UNDER THE HARVEST MOON AT PARŌN RESTAURANT

This September, Symphony of Flavors arrives at Parōn for an exclusive evening beneath the Harvest Moon, bringing together the flavours and agricultural heritage of Paros, Seiradi wines by Paros Farming Community, and the ‘Medite-grecian’ cuisine of Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou.

In collaboration with Paros Farming Community (PFC), the evening celebrates the island’s long-standing connection to the land and its agricultural traditions. Through Seiradi, this heritage takes a contemporary form, with wines crafted from Paros’ indigenous Monemvassia and Mandilaria grape varieties, expressing the island’s distinctive terroir and Aegean character.

At Parōn, this story comes to life beneath the glow of the Harvest Moon, beside Parīlio’s iconic cross-shaped pool. A specially curated five-course degustation menu by Yiannis Kioroglou, paired with a selection of Seiradi wines, brings together local produce, native varieties and the spirit of Paros in an evening celebrating the island from vineyard to table.
